Hosting and email
The website and the mailbox used for bookings are hosted by Aruba S.p.A., which processes the data on our behalf as a data processor. The data does not leave the European Economic Area.
What data we process
Only the data you voluntarily provide through the booking form (name, email, phone, date, time and number of guests, plus any notes), used solely to handle your request. The data is sent by email to the restaurant's mailbox: the website keeps no archive of it.
Purpose & legal basis
Data is processed to handle your request and provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and is not shared with third parties for marketing. It is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to the contact above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
Cookies and third-party content
This site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics. The only thing stored on your device is the choice you make on the banner, kept in the browser's local storage so we don't have to ask again at every visit.
The web fonts are served from this same domain: displaying the pages contacts no external service.
The only third-party content is the Google Maps map in the contact section: it is not loaded until you accept it on the banner or press "Show the map". Once loaded, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
